We take pride in providing high-quality custom wig units and accessories. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order:

• Customization Processing & Customization Time : 2-5Weeks

• All wig units are handmade and customized to order.

• Please allow 2–5 business weeks for customization before shipping.

• Accessories (if applicable) may have shorter processing times.

Shipping Carriers 

• All orders are shipped exclusively through FedEx or UPS for secure and reliable delivery.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times

• Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Please note: delivery time estimates do not include the 2–5 week customization period.

• Address Accuracy: Please make sure you include apt or suite numbers in shipping address.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

• We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Delays & Lost Packages

• We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped. Please contact your local FedEx, or UPS and provide tracking number to representative for assistance on your package . 

• If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with FedEx or UPS.
